You're amazing. You're crushing it. The business is growing.

I know. I see you.

But I need you to know: the most successful leaders - the ones who scale sustainably and make their biggest impact - don’t succeed alone.

They surround themselves with the right mentors, peers, and guidance to make better decisions, grow faster, and avoid the burnout cycle.

This week, I'm spending time at a mastermind retreat in Austin, stepping outside my day-to-day grind to connect, strategize, and expand.

Here’s what I'm reminded of as I set my intentions for the week:

✅ The right people accelerate your clarity. When you’re in the weeds, you can’t always see the big picture. A well-curated group challenges your thinking, offers fresh perspectives, and shows you what’s truly possible.

✅ You need spaces where it’s safe to be real. Leadership can be lonely. Masterminds provide a space where you can be honest about challenges, fears, and decisions—and get the insight you need to move forward powerfully.

✅ Energy is everything. The best leaders don’t just manage their time, they master their energy. And that’s exactly why I’m expanding my own energetic toolkit.

Mastering Energy for Sustainable Success

It's a process. That's why, next week, I also start working 1:1 with my spiritual mentor to deepen my understanding of energy mastery—both for myself and for my clients.

Because the secret to long-term success isn’t just strategy, it’s knowing how to protect and direct your energy.

Maria Nemeth, Ph.D. says it best: "Successful people do have one learned skill that distinguishes them from those who don't succeed. It is this: they have learned how to handle energy."
